untitled poem
by
Bob MacKenzie

Flowers like beanstalks jack up the blue
Colourful paintpots lining their tops
Silver round globelets falling to you
Raindrops silver flowertop treasures.

Day again breaks with colours splashing
Shower bathing first thing in the day
Thunder rumble gnashing giant teeth;
Who would not give beans for such a day?
