In this our grecian cell
by
Bob MacKenzie

I have eaten the wind
Yet I dare not take a breath,
Bareback broken the clouds
Yet I fear to see the sky,
I have slept on the seas
Yet I dare not take a drink;

I have tasted the wind
And have tasted bitter hemlock.
